As CEO, Robert leads Moonnox’s mission to embed AI into the fabric of consulting work, transforming fleeting project insights into lasting knowledge and nonlinear growth.

As a career consultant and entrepreneur, Robert has spent over 15 years navigating—and challenging—the traditional models of professional services. Before founding Moonnox, he co-founded CloudMasonry, where he bootstrapped the firm from 2 to 50 employees in four years, achieving 300% year-over-year growth. Earlier in his career, he honed his expertise at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, shaping large-scale digital transformation projects for enterprise clients.

Robert’s leadership blends transformative vision with a deep respect for the human side of consulting. He’s committed to ensuring technology elevates people rather than replacing them, and he believes that even the smallest firms should have the power to compete—and win—against the giants. Robert isn’t afraid to question entrenched norms, champion the underdog, and reimagine what’s possible for the future of work.

David Cotten is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Moonnox, where he spearheads all engineering and product development efforts. With a rich history in guiding complex technological initiatives, David brings extensive experience from the consulting and financial services sectors.

Before co-founding Moonnox, David served as a Director at PwC, where he led some of the firm’s most challenging Salesforce engagements. Prior to that, he was the Chief Customer Officer at Tier One Financial Solutions, successfully steering the company’s customer support, customer success, and professional services teams through an acquisition by SS&C in 2022. Earlier in his career, David also led the Strategic Business Unit segment of the Managed Services practice at Bluewolf.

A New Yorker at heart (with a soft spot for Chicago), David lives in New York with his wife and  two daughters and is a passionate New York Yankees fan.

Glen is the strategic mastermind behind Moonnox, driven by a conviction that professional services firms can—and should—scale smarter, not just bigger. As Chief Revenue Officer, he shapes Moonnox’s vision for transforming how consulting firms capture and operationalize knowledge, ensuring that expertise becomes an enduring asset and competitive advantage.

With over 20 years in enterprise technology consulting, Glen knows firsthand the challenges firms face moving from start-up to scale. He led SaaS consulting pioneer Bluewolf’s Salesforce practice, from its first billable hour to its eventual sale to IBM. Post acquisition, he led the EU/UK region, helping drive 3x growth.

Glen’s approach blends sharp strategic insight with an instinct for uncovering hidden potential in how professional service teams work, helping the Moonnox team design practical solutions that help consultants thrive amid constant change.

Marissa brings over a decade of experience leading enterprise-scale customer success and change management at Salesforce, Zendrive, Betterworks, Bluewolf, an IBM Company, and most recently as Founder of Anchor CX, where she specialized in rescuing at-risk accounts and helping enterprises navigate complex transformations.

As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner in AI Adoption, Marissa reflects Moonnox’s belief that true AI digital transformation requires governance and change management at its core. This foundation is what enables professional services and system integration firms to capture not just efficiency gains, but enduring business value from AI-assisted project delivery.

Melody has spent over a decade architecting enterprise transformation and service delivery for Fortune 100 companies, having held senior leadership roles at Salesforce and IBM. She has built her career helping global organizations turn ambitious visions into measurable outcomes through thoughtful strategy, governance, and change leadership.

At Salesforce, Melody executed with the Professional Services senior leadership team as Director of Performance Culture Transformation. She led a company-wide initiative shaping how people and AI work together across a 10,000-person organization. Her leadership brought focus and alignment to cross-functional priorities, defined future roles and skills for an evolving services model, and turned employee insights into sustained behavior change.

Prior to that, Melody led change strategy at IBM, guiding global AI and cloud transformation programs. She built enterprise-wide Salesforce change management roadmaps for Fortune 10 clients and developed frameworks that helped executives translate complex technology adoption into measurable business value.

With a background in human-centered change and experience design, Melody’s expertise sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology. She has a proven track record of designing transformation strategies that drive adoption, unlock performance, and deliver lasting impact.
