Over the past year, we’ve seen something we didn’t fully anticipate. Our customers have promoted people, redefined roles, and opened up career paths that didn’t exist before—all while deploying Moonnox across their organizations.
This led us to create the Moonnox Academy, our context engineering certification program for the practitioners and leaders driving the future of work inside their organizations.
Why a certification program, and why now
McKinsey’s 2025 State of AI survey found that nearly nine in ten organizations now use AI regularly, but close to two-thirds have not yet begun scaling it across the enterprise. The technology is widely available. The capability to turn it into measurable value is not.
That gap has a name: context engineering. It’s the practice of orchestrating the information, tools, and institutional knowledge an AI system draws on before it acts, so it produces reliable, useful results in the natural path of work. It’s an organizational discipline rather than an individual one. Instead of tuning one person’s prompts, context engineering turns a team’s collective knowledge into a shared resource the whole team can build on.
Our customers are already doing this work. Our certification program gives it a name, a structure, and a credential.
What you can earn
The Academy is launching with three certification levels, each one a step deeper into context engineering:

Certified Context Navigator
Navigators know how to activate Moonnox inside a delivery workflow: navigating the platform, managing user access, and using core agents like Doc Assist, Insight Finder, and Call Pilot to start building organizational memory.
Certified Context Builder
Builders structure the “messy middle” of delivery—the drafts, working sessions, and decision paths where real problem-solving happens—and demonstrate proficiency building and troubleshooting custom agents from scratch to turn fragmented data into compounding intelligence™.
Certified Context Orchestrator
Orchestrators coordinate context, signals, governance, and adoption across teams, using data-driven insights to anticipate delivery risks and turn human ingenuity into a compounding advantage.
Each certification comes with a verified digital badge for your LinkedIn profile, email signature, or resume. The badge links back to your credential, so it's a portable, recognized signal of what you've built — and it's yours to carry as your career evolves.
Skills that outlast any single tool
Moonnox serves as the foundation for the certification framework because it’s purpose-built for enterprise-grade implementation and delivery work. But the skills travel well beyond the platform: orchestrating context across complex environments, engineering better inputs and workflows, governing AI responsibly, adapting to how end users behave, and reading the signals that translate into business outcomes.
These are durable capabilities. AI can accelerate the work, but people still bring the judgment, creativity, strategy, and relationships that make a transformation succeed. The Academy is built to amplify those people.
Who it’s for
The Moonnox Academy is open to all Moonnox customers. Mindset matters more than title here. Whether you’re a delivery lead, operations manager, department head, or the internal champion your team relies on, you belong here if you’re actively using Moonnox and ready to go deeper.
You can certify as an individual through a self-directed path, or bring your team together in a cohort, with in-person, fully virtual, and hybrid tracks available. The program is designed to fit alongside active delivery work, so you’re building skills on your active projects.
This is the first step. Over time, Moonnox Academy will grow to include enablement cohorts, partner training, skill-specific learning paths, and a broader learning ecosystem. But it starts with the people already leading this change, and a way to recognize them for it.
Applications are open now. If you’re a Moonnox customer ready to go deeper, build smarter, and get certified in context engineering, please reach out—we want to hear from you!
